  • The New Mitchell Shire Councillors

    After the recent Shire Council Elections the following councillors were voted in: 


    North Ward: Ned Jeffrey, John Dougall and Andrea Pace.

    Central Ward: Timothy Hanson, Nathan Clark and Bob Humm.

    South Ward: Bob Cornish and Claudia James.

    The first council meeting will be Monday November 18 where the new Mayor will be elected.

    OKR FM now has a Live Broadcast from the Wallan Neighbourhood House from 1pm to 2.30pm on the 1st Thursday of each month. If you are involved with a Community Group, Organization or Club and would like to arrange an interview session, just send an email to - info@okrfm.com.au
